NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-Kersal Rd - both sides from the Salford/Bury Boundary to 10 metres north-west of Heathlands Drive/Myrtle Bank and northerly side from the entrance to Carlton Court to opposite No.22/24 Kersal Rd.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-Kersal Rd - both sides from the Salford/Bury Boundary to 10 metres north-west of Heathlands Drive/Myrtle Bank and northerly side from the entrance to Carlton Court to opposite No.22/24 Kersal Rd.
Kersal Rd (side of No 94 and No.59 Chapel Rd) - southerly side from its junction with Chapel Rd for 10 metres in an easterly direction and 10 metres in a westerly direction.
Kersal Rd - southerly side from its junction with Chapel Rd (side of Leah Gardens) for 15 metres in an easterly direction.
Chapel Rd (side of Leah Gardens) - easterly side from its junction with Kersal Rd for 15 metres in a southerly direction
Chapel Rd (gable No.94 and No.59) - both sides from its junction with Kersal Rd for 10 metres in a southerly direction.
Myrtle Bank - north-westerly side from its junction with Kersal Rd for 10 metres in a south-westerly direction and south-easterly side from its junction with Kersal Rd for 5 metres in a south-westerly direction.
Kersal Vale Rd - both sides from its junction with Rainsough Brow for 155 metres in a south-easterly direction.
A copy of the Order (including the exemptions contained in it) which comes into operation on 31/03/22 and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 0EJ. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks of 31/03/31 apply to the High Court for that purpose. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-Waterside Rd, Summerseat - both sides from the westerly kerbine of East View (east end of Hamer Terrace) for a distance of 62 m in an easterly direction to its junction with Kay Street (northerly end of Kay Street Bridge)
