NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been made to the Borough Council of Bolton which are required to be advertised in accordance with Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 2015 or the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990

13162/22 Pilkington Quarry, Georges Lane, Horwich, Bolton, BL6 6RS variation of condition 07 on 08698/20 to extend working hours for maintenance of vehicles to include saturday mornings, condition to read as follows: no hgvs shall enter or leave the site and no work or operations on the site (including the repair of plant machinery and the movement of such machinery) shall be carried out on the site outside the hours of 0700 to 1800 hours on mondays to fridays and 0730 to 1300 on saturdays.
