Notice is hereby given that an application is being made to Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council, for the following development at 84-90 Higher Road, Urmston M41 9AP: "Demolition of existing buildings and erection of 20 no. apartments (Use Class C3) with associated vehicular access, car parking and associated works"
