The Bromley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2003 (Amendment No. ***) Order 202*. (Crystal Palace Road) T720

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order would be to introduce waiting restrictions as set out in the Schedule to this Notice. A copy of the proposed Order, of the plan of the scheme and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be made available by emailing

during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays.
ANY person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send
a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof
to the Director of Environment and Public Protection, Civic Centre,
Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)/
RP/T100/720 not later than 20th April 2022.
Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that under
the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act
1985, any comments received in response to this Notice may be
open to public inspection.

WAITING RESTRICTIONS
At Any Time:-
CRYSTAL PALACE PARK ROAD, Penge, the south west side, from a point 9m north west of a point opposite the north western kerbline of Sydenham Avenue south eastwards to the north western kerbline of Thicket Road.
The following restrictions do not require a Traffic Management Order, and are for information purposes only:-MANDATORY SEGREGATED WITH FLOW CYCLE LANE
CRYSTAL PALACE PARK ROAD, Penge, the south west side, from the north western kerbline of Thicket Road north westwards to a point opposite the south eastern kerbline of Sydenham Avenue.
