Notice of application to vary a

Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as Beekeepers, 18-22 Market Square, Witney, OX28 6BB applied to West Oxfordshire District Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.The proposed variation is: To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with the plans submitted by the applicant to licence a bar in the external garden area for the sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 10:00 -23:00. All other licensable activities, permitted hours and opening hours to remain as existing. The condition on the existing licence which states 'The garden and associated patio must not be used by customers between the hours of midnight and 0900hrs on any day" will continue to apply. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Authority, West Oxfordshire District Council, Woodgreen, Witney, OX28 INB,no later than 18 April 2022 stating the grounds for representation.
