Definitive Map and Statement of Rights of Way
FOREST ROAD MODIFICATION ORDER 2022

The above order made on 15th March 2022, if confirmed as made will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding Public Bridleway 132 from a point on Forest Road at GR SZ 06282 90702 adjacent to 22 Forest Road, leading west for a distance of 40 metres to its terminus opposite 20 Ormonde Road at GR SZ 06242 90704. The path has a width of 5.5m. A copy of the Order and Order Map may be seen free of charge at the Town Mall, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY or alternatively on the BCP Council Rights of Way web page. Copies of the Order and the Map may be bought there for a fee of £2, or alternatively obtained by email for no fee. Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be made by email to rightsofway@

or in writing to Rights of Way, BCP Council, Town Hall, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth BH2 6DY by Tuesday 10th May 2022. Any letters received will be made available for public inspection.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State for the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for consideration, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
