Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Weststar Holidays Limited in respect of Premises known as Sandford Parle Club, Sandford Caravan Park, Holton Heath, Poole , Dorset, BHI6 6JZ applied to Purbeck District Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to amend the current layout plans to include a container bar within the outside area already licensed for the sale of alcohol outdoors from which alcohol will be sold in accordance with the existing hours permitted on the Premises Licence; all other plans, licensable activities, hours and conditions to remain as existing. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Dorset Council/Purbeck District Council, Westport House, Worgret Road, Wareham, BH20 4PP or via email to
