(Cleveland View, Fishburn) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 18/3/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 9 metres of Rear Cleveland View, Fishburn to enable water supply renewal works to be undertaken. No alternative route available for the duration of the closure. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 28/3/22 from 8am and are anticipated to be completed in 5 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
