(Mount Hill, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mount Hill, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 30m north east of its junction with Ramsey Road for a distance of approximately 145m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th April 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010655694/1 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Mount Hill, Braintree Road, Bournebridge Hill, Pennypot Corner, Halstead Road, Gosfield Road, The Street, Hedingham Road, Halstead Road-A1124, High Street, Bridge Street, Trinity Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 31st March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Sloe Lane, Greenstead Green) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sloe Lane, Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Bradleys Lane to its junction with Sloe Hill a distance of approximately 625m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd April 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT025-ADDT -Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd. An alternative route is available via Bradleys Lane, White Ash Green and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 31st March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(The Street, Bradwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) & (Temporary Introduction of Banned Left/Right Hand Turn) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of The Street, Bradwell in the District of Braintree, from its junction with A120 for a distance of approximately 20m in a south westerly direction.
2. Temporarily introduce a 'No Left Hand Turn' restriction from A120 into The Street, Bradwell, for the duration of the above closure only.
3. To temporarily introduce a 'No Right Hand Turn' restriction from A120 into The Street, Bradwell, for the duration of the above closure only.
The closure/restrictions are scheduled to commence on 4th April 2022 for 12 nights (20:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (FN40651530074-03 - National Highways). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by National Highways. The Order came into effect on 17th March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
