(Borough of Basildon) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amend No. 19) Order 2022 Parallel Crossing - Florence Way
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effects of the order: To revoke 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the following length of Florence Way in the Borough of Basildon: WEST SIDE: From a point approximately 10.5 metres south from the Mandeville Way roundabout, south for a distance of approximately 21.6 metre: EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 0.7 metres, south of the northern kerb line of the access road to St Therese's Catholic Church, north for a distance of approximately 40.8 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council Borough of Basildon) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TQ675 880 Revision 0 to Revision 1.
Notice is also hereby given that under Sections 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the Essex County Council proposes to establish a Parallel Crossing on Florence Way, in the Borough of Basildon, the centre line of the crossing will be located approximately 28.8 metres southwards from the junction of Mandeville Way roundabout. The width of the crossing between the give way lines is approximately 10.2 metres. The zigzags associated with the crossing are proposed to be installed on the following length of Florence Way, Basildon, 1) BOTH SIDES: for approximately 31.2 metres on the northeast bound approach, 2) BOTH SIDES: approximately 30.1 on the southeast bound approach to the crossing.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 28 March 2022.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Atherstone Road, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Atherstone Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Furtherwick Road for a distance of approximately 30m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th April 2022 for 17 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001122082 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Furtherwick Road, Grafton Road, Labworth Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 31st March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Barling Road, Barling Magna) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barling Road, Barling Magna in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 330m south west of its junction with Little Wakering Road for a distance of approximately 20m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th March 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS378223 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole inspection works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Barling Road, Silchester Corner, Southend Road, Little Wakering Road and vice versa. (Grafton Road, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Grafton Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Furtherwick Road for a distance of approximately 30m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th March 2022 for 17 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001122174 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hambro Avenue & Preston Gardens, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 65m south east of the junction with Down Hall Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a south easterly then north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th March 2022 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M41013 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Hillhouse Drive, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Perry Street for a distance of approximately 90m in a southeasterly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Hillhouse Drive, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Stock Road to its junction The Spinney a distance of approximately 77m.
