BRIGHTON & HOVE (PROHIBITION OF MOTOR VEHICLES) (SCHOOLS STREETS) ORDER 2021
AMENDMENT ORDER NO.* 202* (TRO-14-2022)
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ('the Council') proposes to make the Order named above under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which if it comes into force will make the following changes:
- Alter the existing times of all the existing school street closures from the current prohibition of motor vehicles, Monday to Friday 8am to 10am and 2pm to 4pm (Term Time only) to Monday to Friday 8.15am to 9.15am and 2.45 to 3.45pm (Term Time Only).
- Introduce a new school street closure on Vale Gardens Portslade (St Mary's Catholic Primary School) from its junction with Church Road -prohibition of motor vehicles, Monday to Friday 8.15am to 9.15am and 2.45 to 3.45pm (Term Time Only).
