Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Abberton Road, Layer-de-la-Haye/Layer Road,Abberton in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Bounstead Road for a distance of approximately 1000m in a south easterly direction. The closure
is scheduled to commence on 19th April 2022 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (A5001CCESSA1A005164 - County Broadband Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while broadband installation works are undertaken by County Broadband Ltd.
An alternative route is available via High Road, Layer Road, Berechurch Hall Road, Roman Way, Hooper Avenue, Blackheath, Mersea Road, Weir Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 31st March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Clears Road, Layer Marney in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Smyths Green to its junction with Newbridge Road a distance of approximately 880m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th April 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2327290 - Essex County Council). The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gladwin Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Layer Road to its junction with Wavell Avenue a distance of approximately 270m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th April 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2326728 - Essex County Council). Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Manor Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Crowhurst Road for a distance of approximately 35m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th April 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001132884 - Cadent). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Water Lane, Little Horkesley in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 595m north east of its junction with Fishponds Hill for a distance of approximately 165m in north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th April 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03159956921 -Anglian Water). (Artillery Street/New Park Street, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Artillery Street, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Port Lane for a distance of approximately 70m in a westerly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of New Park Street, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Artillery Street for a distance of approximately 20m in a northerly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 4th April 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01459858572 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Coach Road, Great Horkesley in the Borough of Colchester from its junction with Nayland Road to its junction with London Road a distance of approximately 2275m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th April 2022 for 11 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2315927 - Essex County Council).
