We Jumps Delicatessen do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for the grant / variation of a premises licence or club premises certificate to use or permit the use of premises known as 20 Richardson Road, Hove BN3 5RB for the following licensable activities/proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:
Delicatessen selling wine by the glass with food seated between the hours of 12-7pm Only Monday - Saturday. *In the case of an application for a provisional statement, representations are restricted after the issue of a provisional statement
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, provisional statement, variation, should send to Head of Planning & Public Protection, Health & Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 18 April 22 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. It is an offense knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is currently £5000 [level 5].
