Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14 City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Rockhill Lane, Bierley, Bradford Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of electrical works proposed to be executed on or near Rockhill Lane, Bierley, Bradford intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Rockhill Lane from its junction with Bierley Lane to its junction with Wharfedale Road.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Wharfedale Road, Merrydale Road, Staithgate Lane, Rooley Lane, Bierley Lane and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect between 09:30 hours and 15:30 on the 4th April 2022 until the 6th April 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
