Notice is hereby given that I CAROLYN O'SULLIVAN have made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the premises licence held in respect of the premises known as: Brown's Greens Vegetarian Café, 3b Harrogate Road, LS19 6HW. I intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: Sale by retail of alcohol. I propose to vary the terms of the existing licence as follows: To increase the hours for sale by retail of alcohol by 2.5 hours to 10.30pm and closure to 11pm. Responsible authorities or any other person may make written representations to Leeds City Council about this application until 12th April 2022 which should be sent to Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR.
