(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF BUSHEY MILL LANE AND LITTLE BUSHEY LANE, BUSHEY) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access:-
1. that length of Bushey Mill Lane, Bushey from its junction with B462 Hartspring Lane north westwards for a distance of approximately 20m. An alternative route will be via B462 Hartspring Lane, Park Avenue and Bushey Mill Lane.
2. that length of Little Bushey Lane, Bushey from its junction with B462 Aldenham Road south eastwards for a distance of approximately 20m. An alternative route will be via B462 Aldenham Road, The Avenue, Finch Lane, Herkomer Road, Coldharbour Lane and Little Bushey Lane.
The Order is needed because traffic signal refurbishment works are proposed to be executed near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 12 April 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE BUS LANE SITUATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 'CHARTER PLACE', WATFORD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the bus lane situated on the north side of 'Charter Place', Watford from its junction with A411 Beechen Grove south eastwards for a distance of approximately 110m ("the Bus Lane"). An alternative route will be via A411 Beechen Grove. The Order is needed because to enable a cherry picker to be positioned on the highway to maintain the signage to 'Debenhams' near the Bus Lane. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 11 April 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Chalfont Lane, Chorleywood from its junction with Shire Lane north westwards to its junction with Blacketts Wood Drive, a distance of approximately 474m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Shire Lane, Whitelands Avenue and Blacketts Wood Drive.
The Order is needed because sewer connection and tarmac replacement works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

ADDITIONALLY the parking bay situated on the north west side of B5378 Shenley Road, Borehamwood from a point 32m north east of its junction with Theobald Street north eastwards for a distance of approximately 19m will be temporarily suspended to enable all vehicles to park within this length of road whilst works are in progress. ADDITIONALLY the parking bay situated on the south east side of B5378 Shenley Road, Borehamwood from a point 26m north east of its junction with Theobald Street north eastwards for a distance of approximately 40m will be temporarily suspended to enable all vehicles to park within this length of road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
