The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Jordans Lane, Jordans) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Jordans Lane for 115 metres. Alternative route: Jordans Lane, Potkiln Lane, Long Bottom Lane, Bayne Hill, School Lane, Chalfont Road, Newbarn Lane, Twitchells Lane, Wilton Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a pole replacement takes place commencing on 29 March 2022 between 08:00 and 18:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 29 March 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Rickmansworth Lane, Chalfont St Peter in the Parish of Chalfont St. Peter CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Rickmansworth Lane for 46 metres. Alternative route: Denham Lane, Slade Oak Lane, Old Rectory Lane, Denham Avenue, North Orbital Road, Denham Way, Woodland Road, Hornhill Road, Shire Lane, Rickmansworth Lane, Brawlings Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a new water connection takes place commencing on 26th March 2022. Road to be closed to from 08:00 on 26/03/22 till 07:00 on 28/03/22. The proposed Order will come into operation on 26 March 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Ashridge Lane/Horse Hill, Ley Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Ashridge Lane/Horse Hill, Ley Hill for 1116 metres. Alternative route: Church Lane, Codmore Wood Lane, Blackwell Hall Lane, Old School Hill and vice versa. The closure is required whilst the supplier installs power cables commencing on 01 April 2022 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 01 April 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Coningsby Road for 75 metres. Alternative route: Coningsby Road, Green Hill, Hughenden Road, Hamilton Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a gas connection takes place commencing on 04 April 2022 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 04 April 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No. 45, Great and Little Hampden) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath No. 45, Great and Little Hampden, from Rignall Road for a distance of approximately 200m. The closure is required whilst Thames Water improvement works take place commencing on 1 April 2022 for 3 months. The alternative route for pedestrians affected by the closure will be as signed on site. The proposed Order will come into operation on 1 April 2022, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Buckinghamshire Council (Traffic Movement) Order 2021 (Amendment No. 001) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire Council on 23rd March 2022 made the above-named Order under the Road ss1, 2 and 4 of the Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to create a point which will prohibit the access of motor vehicles along part of Trinity Road, Marlow. Another effect of the Order is to create a point which will prohibit the access of motor vehicles at a point that links Old Stoke Road and Clover Lane, Southcourt, Aylesbury.
A copy of the Order and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with a copy of the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at Walton Street Offices, Aylesbury. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or that are not within the powers conferred by the Act or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may within six weeks from the date of this Notice apply for that purpose to the High Court.
