North Yorkshire County Council Prohibition of Waiting & Loading and Provision of Parking, District Of Craven, Amendment No 41, Order 2022.

Notice is hereby given that on 11/03/2022 we made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Craven) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the restrictions specified as follows: Skipton, Brook Street, East side, a point 23.1 m from the centre line of Gargrave Road, to a point 6.6m South towards the back street & gable of number 3 Brook Street, Restriction - Disabled Bay. A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 25/03/22, together with a map showing the roads affected may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton & at Skipton Library, High Street, Skipton BD231JX during normal office hours from 24/03/22 to 22/04/22 & also viewed online at

If you wish to question the validity of the above Order or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks of 11/03/22 make application to the High Court for the purpose.
