(Lincoln Walk, Norwich Close, Lichfield Close, Great Lumley) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 18/3/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all pedestrian traffic from proceeding on the following lengths of footpath in Great Lumley: Lincoln Walk - between number 29 and side 17 Worcester Close; Norwich Close - between number 13 and 11/12 Lincoln Walk; Lichfield Close - between number 19 and 19/20 Lincoln Walk, to enable telecom duct and cable installation works to be undertaken. Alternative routes will be available locally to pedestrian traffic during each of the closure periods. The maximum duration of the Order is 6 months. The proposed works are to commence on 28/3/22 from 8am and are anticipated to be completed in 3 weeks. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
