Notice is given that Ashley Billing has applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of Down The Beach, Burlington Road, Burlington Chine, BH19 1LR, Swanage. for provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 1100-1900 hours Monday to Sunday.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
