High Street, Temporary Parking Restriction

Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: A438 High Street, Ledbury, Temporary Parking Restriction Order to temporarily prohibit vehicles from parking in the parking bay between N.o 4 and N.o 16, High Street, Ledbury.

The said restriction is required due to rural fibre installation works and to allow traffic to continue to use said road whilst maintaining a safe working zone while the worksare taking place. The said restriction will come into force on the 20th of April 2022 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 8 nights.
