Notice is hereby given that Sheju AhmedAli has applied in respect of 1 Houndgate, Darlington DL1 5RL for grant of a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:- Sale of Alcohol by Retail,Playing of Recorded Music, Performance of Live Music, Provision of Late Night Refreshment, Monday to Sunday from 11.00 to 01.00. Representations to this application must be made in writing by 15th December 2013 to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town Hall, Feethams,Darlington DL1 5QT where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected between 9.00am and 4.00pm and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk..It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5,000.
