Licensing Act 2003 Application For A Premises Licence

Whitehall Garden Centre Ltd Whitehall Vineyard, Whitehall Farm, Mons Lane, Lacock, Chippenham, SN15 2JY The application, if granted, is to enable the following licensable activities on the Premise Licence: This licence application is for the on and off sale of alcohol at Whitehall Vineyard. This will include selling our own wine, from our vineyard, directly to the customer or other suppliers, such as Whitehall Garden Centres. The off sales will include online sales and the collection of products by customers. The on sales will mainly be at events such as vineyard tours and wine tasting.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction of £5000.
