New Premises Notice Licensing Act 2003
Graham Johnson on behalf of New Horizons Brewing Limited (trading as Soa Brewing Company) has applied to Dorset Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situated at Castle View, Valley Road, Harmans Cross, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 5HU and propose to carry out the following activities:
Sale of Alcohol for consumption off the premises (via online shop). The Premises will not be open to or accessible by the public.
Applications are available for public inspection at Westport House, Worgret Rd, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 4PP or on www.dorsetforyou.com  Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 08/03/2022 & 04/04/2022.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
