Highways Act 1980 Section 119, Herefordshire Council, Public Footpath LY2 (Part) Llancillo, Public Path Diversion Order 2022

The above order made on 28th February, 2022 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert that length of Footpath LY2 (Part) in the Parish of Llancillo running from OS Grid Reference SO 3771 2588 to OS Grid Reference SO 3780 2585. An alternative footpath will be created, being 2 metres in width, as follows: Footpath LY2 - The proposed new route of footpath LY2 runs from OS Grid Reference SO 3771 2588 to OS Grid Reference 3771 2589. Footpath RW20 - The proposed new route of footpath RW20 runs from OS Grid Reference SO 3771 2589 to OS Grid Reference SO 3780 2586. Footpath LY2A - The proposed new route of footpath LY2A runs from OS Grid Reference SO 3780 2586 to OS Grid Reference SO 3780 2586. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
