Licensing Act 2003 application for a Premises Licence

to whom it may concern i/we jason yean do hereby give notice that i have applied to the Licensing Authority (Vale of Glamorgan Council) on 14th March for the grant of a premises licence at unit 5, the Goodsheds, 1 Hood road, Barry, CF62 5BE known as Tasty Peninsula. The application is for the retail sale of alcohol, between the hours - Wednesday - 17:00-21:00 Thursdays - 17:00-21:00 Fridays - 12:00-21:00 Saturdays - 12:00-21:00 Sundays - 12:00-18:00 any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to the licensing department, Vale of Glamorgan Council Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry. CF63 4RU, or by email to licensing@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk not later than 28 days after the date of this notice. (11th April 2022) representations received after this date will not be considered.

A copy of the application can be viewed at the civic offices during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application a fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
