Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2022 [Prohibition of Waiting on Oldbury Road, Ambrose Close and Milward Close, Worcester)

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit of waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester: Oldbury Road (south side) from its junction with Ambrose Close for a distance of 10m in both an easterly and a westerly direction; Ambrose Close (east side) from its junction with Oldbury Road to a point 10m south of its junction with Milward Close; Milward Close (both sides) from its junction with Ambrose Close for a distance of 5m in an easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2022 [Disabled Persons Parking Place on Stanley Road, Worcester] Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Worcester: Stanley Road (West Side) from a point 48 meters south of its junction with Cecil Road, for a distance of 12 metres, in a southerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.

(Various Footpaths in Shelsley Walsh and Footpath CT-603, Clifton on Teme) (Temporary Closure Order) 2022 Proposed Order: to close Footpaths SW-501, SW-503, SW-504, SW-505, SW-509, Shelsley Walsh and Footpath CT-603, Clifton on Teme for their entire lengths.
The Order is being made to facilitate events related to the Midland
Automobile Club's Shelsley Walsh Hill Climb.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Footpaths CT-604, Clifton on Teme, and SW-506, SW-507 and SW-508, Shelsley Walsh, C2026, Shelsley Walsh, and vice versa. The proposed Order will run for 6 months on the following dates

(B4206 Henwick Road, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of B4206 Henwick Road from its junction with U54185 Ingles Drive to its junction with U54171 Rectory Gardens.
Reason: Level crossing repairs and maintenance by Network Rail. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Diversion 1 (clockwise): A443 Hylton Road, A44
Hylton Road, A44 New Road, A44 Bull Ring. Diversion 2 (anti-clockwise): A44 Bull Ring, A44 Tybridge Street, A443 Hylton Road and vice versa.

(Link Footpath F50443 Cherwell Close & F50186 Tolladine Road, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of Link Footpath F50443 Cherwell Close and F50186 Tolladine Road, from its junction with B4637 Tolladine Road to its junction with U51338 Cherwell Close. Reason: Installation works by Kier Group
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4637 Tolladine Road, U51335 Conway, F50443 Conway and vice versa.

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2115 Peopleton Lane from its junction with A422 Worcester Road for 260 metres in a Southerly direction.
Reason: Servicing of BT poles by Sunbelt Rentals UK Ltd. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2115 Peopleton lane, C2115 Peopleton to A4522 Upton Snodsbury, C2115 Main Street, C2115 Stonebow to Peopleton, A44 Evesham Road Egdon to Stonebow Road, A44 Evesham Road, A422 Alcester Road and vice versa.

(U60000 Taylors Lane, Kempsey) (Temporary Closure) Order
2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of U60000 Taylors Lane from its junction with A38 Bath Road to its junction with C2055 Norton Road. Reason: Safe Working in respect of Pole Inspection by Openreach. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A38 Bath Road, U60001 Broomhall Lane, C2108 Broomhall, C2055 Norton Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 18 April 2022.
