PROPOSED WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS -(TMO - KINGMAP0071)
The Kingston upon Thames (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. **) Order 2021* and The Kingston upon Thames (Charged-For Parking Places) (AmendmentNo. **) Order 202*
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames propose to make the ABOVE Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the Orders, will be to introduce single yellow line waiting and loading no loading/unloading restrictions operating Monday 8am to noon in Woodside Close outside Nos. 6 to 16.

3. Copies of the proposed Orders, of the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders and a plan showing the locations and the effects of the proposal may be inspected as follows:-

(a) online at

(b) The Information and Advice Centre, Guildhall 2, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1EU between 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays inclusive

(c) Council libraries; and

4.
