Proposed Provision of a Pedex Pedestrian Crossing Kingston Road (A240) Ewell
Notice is hereby given that Surrey County Council, in exercise of their powers under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Section 23(2)(A) of the said Act of 1984, propose to establish a Pedex Pedestrian Crossing on Kingston Road (A240) Ewell. The centre line of the proposed crossing will be 10.81m north­west of the junction of Kingston Road with centre line of Timbercroft and will be 2.4m wide. A copy of a plan showing the length of road to which the proposal relates may be viewed on-line at

A copy of the plan can also be viewed at (1) Ewell Court Community Library, Ewell Court House, Lakehurst Road, Ewell, Surrey KT19 0EB, during normal opening hours; and at (2) Surrey Highways, Hazel House, Merrow Lane, Guildford, Surrey GU4 7BQ, by appointment. If you wish to make representations about the proposal you must send them in writing, stating the grounds on which they are made, to the undersigned, at Traffic Regulation Orders Team, Surrey County Council, Hazel House, Merrow Lane, Guildford, Surrey GU4 7BQ, by 21 April 2022.
