Licensing Act 2003 Application To Vary Premises Licence

(Section 3t)

Notice is hereby given that Kennedy Hospitality Ltd has applied to Trafford Council on 14 March 2022 to vary the Premises Licence in respect ol Kennedy's, 3032 Greenwood Street (Ground Floor), Altrincham WA14 1RZ to extend the licensable activity hours for the sales of alcohol and opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays and non-standard timings in respect ol Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and St Patricks Day 09:00 to 02:00; to add non-standard timings for Sundays preceding bank holidays for Itie sale of alcohol and opening hours 09:00 to 02:00; to add recorded music on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, St Patricks Day and Sundays preceding bank holidays 23:00 to 01:00; to amend conditions 11,17 and 19; to add a condition and to vary the layout ol the premises in accordance with the submitted plan. Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this application may do so by wing to: licensing, Regulatory Services, TraH Council, Traffofd Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH within 28 days ol the application being made (by no later than 11 April 2022) to the Licensing Authority. provided that, at the same lime, a copy of the representation is forwarded to the above postal address. It is an offence to knowingly oi recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum line for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
