Cheshire West And Chester Borough Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Tro 3424 - (Road One, Winsford) (Mandatory Cycle Lane) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions under section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972 and in exercise of its powers under sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3) d part and 4(2) and part 4 of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers intend to make an order the effect of which will introduce a mandatory cycle lane on both sides of road one from its junction with Middlewich Road to its junction with Bostock Road. All objections and other representations relating to the order
must be made in writing and objections must specify the
grounds on which they are made, to the undersigned quoting
reference TRO 3424 by 15th April 2022.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC TRO 3394 - Common Lane in the Parish of Lane Dennis

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic on the following length of road in Lach Dennis to carry out work on existing pipework systems and install new pipework sleeves for Inovyn Enterprises LTD, works to be carried out by Bethell Construction. Common Lane - Lach Dennis Nothing in the Order shall prevent driving upon the said lengths of road of any vehicle which is being used for the conveyance of persons goods or merchandise to or from any premises situate on or adjacent to the lengths of road or in connection with agriculture building construction works of repair and the like or use in an emergency of vehicles for fire brigade ambulance or police purposes. A through route will not always be available and any vehicles not requiring access to properties on the length of road should use the alternative routes.
Common Lane
The Order will come into force on 28th March 2022 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will take approximately 2 weeks to complete. Alternative routes for through traffic - Traffic should proceed via Hulse Lane, Hangmans Lane, Birches Lane, Holmes Chapel Road, Common Lane and vice versa.
Alternative routes for through traffic -
TRO 3395 - London Road in the Parish of Kingsmead Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic on the following length of road in Kingsmead to facilitate gas Opheus unit works on Kingsmead, works to be carried out by Cadent Gas.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic on the following length of road in Kingsmead to facilitate gas Opheus unit works on Kingsmead, works to be carried out by Cadent Gas.
London Road - Kingsmead (Left turn lane closed onto A533 Kingsmead travelling from Davenham roundabout) Nothing in the Order shall prevent driving upon the said lengths of road of any vehicle which is being used for the conveyance of persons goods or merchandise to or from any premises situate on or adjacent to the lengths of road or in connection with agriculture building construction works of repair and the like or use in an emergency of vehicles for fire brigade ambulance or police purposes.
