Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Connaught Ave (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2022

The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Connaught Ave from its jct. with Grantham Ave to its jct. with Queens Ave. The Order will be effective from 19th April 2022 for 2 weeks, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Grantham Ave, Egerton St, Queens Ave & vice versa. The closure is required to allow United Utilities to carry out sewer repair works. Ref: High/2313



Dam Head Ln, Glazebrook (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2022

The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Dam Head Ln from its jct. with Dam Ln to its jct. with Bank St. The Order will be effective from 18th April 2022 for 1 day, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Dam Ln, Manchester Rd, Glazebrook Ln & vice versa. The closure is required to allow for a structural examination of the bridge to be undertaken. Ref: High/2311



Dam Ln, Croft (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2022

The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Dam Ln from its jct. with Smithy Brow to its jct. with Smithy Ln. The Order will be effective from 15th April 2022 for 1 day, between 9:30am & 3:30pm, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Smithy Brow, Smithy Ln & vice versa. The closure is required to allow British Telecom to access their overhead network. Ref: High/2312



Horrocks Ln (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2022 Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Horrocks Ln from its jct. with Buttermarket St to its jct. with the service road at the rear of the Time Square. The Order will be effective from 29th March 2022 for 1 week, when signed on site. The alternative route will be signed on site. The closure is required to allow Scottish Power to install a new service. Ref: High/2307



Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works.

The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation (Amendment No. 38) (Part 2) Order 2022 Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers on 23rd March 2022. The effect of the Order is as follows:-

1. The Borough of Warrington (COVID-19 Response) (London Road, Stockton Heath) (Disabled Persons Parking Place) Temporary Order 2020 is revoked in its entirety.



2. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2018, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-
