RHOPPIR RHYBUPP fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwrladu gwneud Gorchymyn, ddim Hal na saith niwrnod wedl dyddlad y Rhybudd hwn, I wahardd unrhyw un rhag achosl i unrhyw gerbyd deithio ar hyd y rhan honno o Ffordd Mona, Conwy o Penmaen Road at Whinacres.
Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn hwyluso gwaith adfer gan Wales and West Utilities. Bydd y gwaith yn cael ei wneud mewn dwy ran gan ganiatau dau bwynt mynediad drwy'r amser gan ddefnyddio Gorsefield Road. Y ffordd amgen fydd drwy Penmaen Road at ei gyffordd a Whinacres yna trowch i'r chwith a pharhau i ben y dargyfeiriadau gan gyrraedd Mona Road. Y ffordd groes i gerbydau sy'n teithio i'r cyfeiriad arall. Bydd mynediad i'r gwasanaethau brys a cherddwyr yn parhau Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 11 Ebrill 2022. Disgwylir y bydd y ffordd ar gau am o leiaf cyfnod o 5 wythnos.

Road traffic regulation act 1984 section 14(1) conwy county borough council (mona road. Conwvt (temporary prohibition of through traffic) order 2022

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed in that length of Mona Road, Conwy, from Penmaen Road to Whinacres. The Order is necessary to facilitate works by Wales and West Utilities The works will be done in two sections allowing two access points at all times utilising Gorsefield Road. The alternative will be via Penmaen Road to its junction with Whinacres then turn left and proceed to the diversions end approaching Mona Road. Vice versa for vehicles travelling in the opposite direction. Emergency and pedestrian access to be maintained The Order comes into effect on 11 April 2022. It is anticipated that the road will be closed for a maxium period of 5 weeks. Dated: 23 March 2022
