First Date of Display of this Notice: 17th March Last date for representations: 14th April Notice is given that: Mrs Lisa Farrington has applied to Bexley Council for the variation of the PREMISES LICENCE issued in respect of the premises known as: Falconwood Club situated at: 1 Falconwood Avenue, Welling, Kent, DA16 2SH The application seeks to vary the licence as follows: Remove condition 10 of Annex 2 which states "customers shall not be permitted to take bottles, glasses and other containers from the premises and to remove condition 17 of annex 4 which states
"Until 31 August 2021 customers shall not be permitted to take bottles, glasses and other containers from the premises save that they shall be permitted to take bottles, glasses and other containers from the inside of the premises into the outside seated area and for those customers to whom off sales have been made" Any 'Other Persons' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations in writing to this application no later than 28 days from the first date of display of this notice to: Licensing Partnership, P.O.
