Temporary Road Closure 41442 Knapp Lane (Brimscombe Parish) Stroud District

Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of 41442 Knapp Lane directly outside the entrance to Wimberley Park for a distance of approximately 50 metres. The reason for the closure is to install a new water connection. The road is expected to be closed on the 28th March 2022 until the 1st April 2022 only or until the works have been completed. TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC FOOTPATHS MKS 1 MKS 2 AND MST 70 (STONEHOUSE TOWN AND KINGS STANLEY PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of the footpaths as described in the schedule below.
Schedule
Part of Public Footpath MKS 2 in the parish of Kings Stanley from its junction with the Multi access/cycle track extending in a generally south westerly direction for approximately 320 metres to its junction with Public Footpath MKS 13.
Part of Public Footpath MST 70 in the town of Stonehouse from its junction with the Multi
access/cycle track extending in a generally south westerly direction for approximately
110 metres to its junction with the parish boundary between Stonehouse and Kings Stanley
before continuing along part of Public Footpath mKs 1 in the Parish of Kings Stanley for
mKs
approximately 85 metres to where it meets the River Froome.
The closure is necessary to protect the public while utility works take place.
The Order will come into force on the 28th March 2022 and it is anticipated that the said
footpath will close on that day until 28th September 2022. However, the Order can permit the
closure of the said footpath for up to six months from the date of the initial closure. After this
date if the closure is still required it will be necessary to apply to the Secretary of State for an
extension of time.
Alternative Route; as signed on the Order Map.
Emergency access will be maintained for the duration of the works. Pedestrian access will not be maintained.

Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of 41153 Friday Street from its junction with Silver Street to its junction with Arlingham Road for a distance of approximately 600 metres. The reason for the closure is for Severn Trent to carry out renewal works. The road is expected to be closed from the 12th April 2022 until the 14th April 2022 only or until the works have been completed. Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of 401538 New Road to Longford Lane outside
the property known as Longford Mill to outside the property known as Kearney House for a
distance of approximately 70 metres.
The reason for the closure is to carry out BT pole testing.
The road is expected to be closed between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 on the

Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of 41538 Pensile Road from its junction with George Street to its junction with Scar Hill for a distance of approximately 260 metres. The reason for the closure is to carry out ducting works for Openreach. The road is expected to be closed from the 11th April 2022 until the 5th May 2022 only or until the works have been completed. TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF FOOTPATH MMH 57 (MINCHINHAMPTON PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made an Order to close
temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as
amended) part of Public Footpath MMH 57 in the Parish of Minchinhampton from its junction
with Giddynap Lane in a generally south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 100
metres to a point alongside the Multi-user/cycle.
The closure is necessary to protect the public whilst a bridge is replaced.
This closure was due to complete on 1st April 2022. However due to ongoing works
it is now expected to be completed by 30th May 2022.
The Order will come into force on the 31st January 2022 and it is anticipated that the footpath will close on that day until 30th May 2022. However, the Order can permit the closure of the Footpath for up to six months from the date of the initial closure. After this date if the closure is still required it will be necessary to apply to the Secretary of State for an extension of time. Proposed alternative route; as signed on the Order Map.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART FOOTPATH EEA 24 (EASTINGTON PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of Public Footpath EEA 24 from a point 20 metres North of Great Oldbury Drive extending in a generally East South Easterly direction for approximately 225 metres to its junction with Public Footpath EEA/27.
The closure is necessary to protect the public while construction works take place. The Order will come into force on the 28th March 2022 and it is anticipated that the said footpath will close on that day and remain closed until 28th September 2022. After this date if the closure is still required it will be necessary to apply to the Secretary of State for an extension of time.
Alternative Route - there is no alternative route.
Pedestrian access to properties and emergency access will not be maintained for the duration of the works.

The reason for the closure is to carry out upgrades to the electricity substation equipment.
