NOTICE is hereby given that on the 18th day of March 2022 Pembrokeshire County Council made an Order under Sections 84 and part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 ("the Act").
is hereby given that on the 18th day of March 2022 Pembrokeshire County Council made an Order under Sections 84 and part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 ("the Act").
The effect of which will be to introduce a 20mph speed limit along that length of road contained in the Schedule to this notice. The speed limit will form part of a pedestrian and road safety improvement scheme on Grove Hill and a commitment to introduce 20mph limits outside the main entrance of a school.
The Order will come into force on the 1 st day of April 2022, a copy of which together with a map showing the length of road affected, maybe examined online at

Any person who desires to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained within it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose.
