McTaggart Construction hereby gives notice of Pre Application Consultation in advance of the submission of a Planning Application to Renfrewshire Council for a proposed newbuild affordable housing development of approximately sixty four houses, comprising two-storey general needs properties, together with wheelchair bungalows and cottage flats at Stirling Drive, Linwood.

McTaggart Construction welcome comments on the proposals and these can be submitted on line or in writing to the above address no later than midnight on Friday 20th May 2022.

Persons submitting comments in response to this consultation are advised that comments submitted at this time are not representations to Renfrewshire Council. In the event that McTaggart Construction submits a formal Planning Application then there would be an opportunity to submit representations to Renfrewshire Council at that time.
