Proposal: Removal of condition 4 (Remove Permitted Development Rights) of permission ref.17/000079/FULL1 granted for conversion of attached barn (Building E) for use as an extension to the existing residential dwelling (Building D), and change of use of land surrounding Building D from agricultural to residential use to provide a private garden, In order to restore permitted development rights The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan In force in the areas In which the land to which the applications relates are situated.
