Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Bourne Holidays Limited in respect of Premises known as Cricket St Thomas Holiday Park, Cricket St Thomas, Chard,TA20 4DB applied to South Somerset District Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant Permitted hours and licensable activities remain as existing.The alterations include the conversion of retail shop currently within the licensed area to dispense area to right of reception in the garden building. There are no changes to any of the other existing licensed areas, these all remain as existing and copies of plans for all areas of the premises are provided to the Licensing Authority for completeness. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned appli­cation must be received in writing by Licensing Service, South Somerset District Council, Council Officers, Brympton Way, Yeovil, BA20 2HT, no later than 14th April 2022 stating the grounds for representation. The register of South Somerset District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -
