Notice is given that I/We Mr Martyn Best trading as Tranmere Garden Ltd, of Prenton Park, Prenton Road West, Birkenhead, CH42 9PY have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Tranmere Garden Ltd, of Prenton Park, Prenton Road West, Birkenhead, CH42 9PY for the following Licensable Activities: Nature of Licensable Activity: The supply of alcohol both on and off the premises. Days and Hours Requested: Mon Sun 09.00 to 00.30 hrs.

Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by e-mail to licencing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 14th April 2022. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
