Intention to grant a 15 year lease

IN pursuant of Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 Brighton & Hove City Council hereby give notice of their intention to grant a 15 year lease of an area of approximately 63 square metres of the beach (shown edged red on the plan available for inspection) to be a boat store/ safety station for Brighton Sailing Club.

A plan showing the location of the said land and further details concerning the proposed disposal
are available at King's House Grand Avenue, Hove between 9.00 hours and 17.00 hours Monday to Friday inclusive. Persons wishing to make representations relating to the said proposals should make them in writing to the Director of Finance and Resources King's House Grand Avenue, Hove BN3 2LS - Ref: Jane Pinnock - to be received no later than Friday20th December 2013.
