Somerset County Council District of Sedgemoor Parish of Stawell Temporary Closure of Stawell Road

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Stawell Road - from the junction with Moor Road, westwards for a total distance of 945 metres. This Order will enable Tlu Contracts to clear blockages in carriageway on behalf of BT Openreach. The Order becomes effective on 5th April 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 11th April 2022 and last until 14th April 2022 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 4 days. Please visit
