Internal decorative refurbishment and repairs to the ground floor of the Water House Building, to include conversion of existing HR and finance offices to WC'S with associated plumbing and electrical services, insertion of additional sink to existing kitchenette, associated partition changes to facilitate new floor layout and alterations to internal fenestration. (Application for Listed Building consent). Reason: Green Belt & Listed Building.

Margarets School, Merry Hill Road, Bushey, WD23 IDT. Installation of air conditioning units and chillers to exterior elevation. Reason: Green Belt & Listed Building & Application for Listed Building Consent.
22/0396/VOC/WC: Former Bushey Health Centre, London Road, Bushey. Application for variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) to allow for the proposed mechanical plant to be positioned on the flat roof of the building rather than at ground level following grant of planning permission 19/1455/ FUL. Reason: Major Development.
22/0387/HSE/AKA: 12 Koh-i-noor Avenue, Bushey, WD23 3EJ. Single storey side and rear extension. Reason: Conservation Area.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
