Minor Parking Amendments Hersham Close, SW18, St James's Drive, SW17, Rainham Close, SW11, Victoria Drive, SW19, Warriner Gardens, SW11, Werter Road, Weybourne Street, SW18 and Woodbury Street.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make the following Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 49 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
* The Wandsworth (Wandsworth Common & Tooting Bee) (Parking Places) (No. 2) Order 2022;
* The Wandsworth (Clapham Junction) (Parking Places) (No. 2) Order 2022;
* The Wandsworth (Battersea) (Parking Places) (No. 2) Order 2022;
* The Wandsworth (Putney) (Parking Places) (No. 4) Order 2022;
* The Wandsworth (Tooting Broadway) (Parking Places) (No. 1) Order 2022;
* The Wandsworth (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Areas) (Amendment No. 612) Order 2022.
1. The general effects of the Orders are detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.
2. Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Orders are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.
3. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements of that Act or of any relevant regulations made under that Act have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

St James's Drive, SW17 To remove 2.5 metres of an existing parking bay and extend waiting restrictions (marked as single yellow line) outside No.111 St James's Drive._
Rainham Close, SW11 To remove 4.5 metres of an existing parking bay and install a waiting restriction (marked as single yellow line) outside No.2 Verdon Cottages, Rainham Close.
Victoria Drive, SW19 To extend the "at any time' waiting restriction (marked as double yellow lines) from No.84 Victoria Drive to the existing bus stop outside No.88 Victoria Drive.
Warriner Gardens, SW11 To remove 3.3 metres of existing parking bay and install a waiting restriction (marked as single yellow line) outside the entrance to the Old Imperial Laundry,

Werter Road, SW15 To remove 2.8 metres of existing waiting restriction (marked as single yellow line) and extend an existing pay and display parking place outside No.5 Werter Road Weybourne To install short lengths of 'At Any Time' waiting Street, SW18 restriction (marked as double yellow lines) adjacent to the pavement vehicle access dropped kerbs outside
Nos.19 to 31 Weybourne Street_ Woodbury Street. To remove 7.4 metres of existing waiting restriction SW17 (marked as single yellow line) and extend an existing pay and display parking place outside the side of No. 115 Tooting High Street_
