The application can be inspected at licensing officer Richmondshire District Council Mercury House Station Road Richmond DL10 4JX. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations to this application must give notice in writing to the address shown above and received by 15/04/22, stating the grounds for representation. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
