Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013

Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposed development at Site bound by Candleriggs / Ingram Street / Albion Street, Glasgow for Proposed residential development with potential for Classes 1 (Shops), 3 (Food and Drink), Class 4 (Business), Assembly & Leisure (Class 11), landscaping / public realm and associated ancillary development. A series of consultation events are being held by Artisan Glasgow Ingram Limited. Consultation will be carried out in a combination of online events and socially distanced face-to-face exhibitions. An initial round of consultation was held on 8th and 9th February 2022. A second round of consultation will be held via a socially distanced, in person event, at Merchant City Square 71 Albion Street Glasgow G1 1NY on 29th March 2022 between 3pm 7pm, with an online event on 30th March 2022 for those who cannot attend the face-to-face event. The online event can be accessed at www.65-97Ingramstreet.co.uk with 'live-chat' between 3pm 7pm. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
