Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited proposes to apply for planning permission in relation to its former premises at 134 Nithsdale Drive, Glasgow, G41 2PP. The proposal is for flatted residential development with open space, car parking and associated works. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, an interactive web based public consultation will be held online at https://pagepark.co.uk/hello/nithsdale-drive-consultation/ from Wednesday 23 March 2022 until Friday 6 May 2022. Live question and answer sessions will take place on Wednesday 30 March with a further consultation presenting updated proposals on Wednesday 27 April 2022, from 10.00am to 12.00 noon and from 4.30pm to 6.30pm on both days. Project team members will be available to respond to questions submitted through a web based chat system. This notice does not relate to a planning application and comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council at this stage. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is submitted to the council normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken and there will be an opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
