An action has been raised in Glas­gow Sheriff Court by AS Homes (Scotland) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, under company number SC371651 as Pursuer wherein they request the Court grant warrant to the said AS Homes (Scotland) Limited and their Contractors to disinter human remains, if any, found in the ground associated within the site Bounded by Forbes Street/Orr Street and Abercrombie Street formerly part of St Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Glasgow, in the event that such remains are discovered that these be moved and thereafter reinterred in St Peters Cemetery, 1900 London Road, Glasgow, G32 8RW.
