Rhoddir Rhybudd drwy hyn bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam wrth arfer ei bwerau dan adran 14 yn Neddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 wed gwneud gorchymyn sy'n gwahardd unrhyw berson rhag mynd ar hyd y llwybrau troed canlynol:
Llwybr troed cyhoeddus 47 Rhosllannerchrugog, gan ddechrau o'r ffordd sirol yn SJ 2670 4820 a pharhau i gyfelrlad y gogledd-gogledd orllewin am oddeutu 300 metr at Iwybr cyhoeddus 51 Penycae yn SJ 2657 4845. Llwybr troed cyhoeddus 51 Penycae, gan ddechrau o'r gyffordd a llwybr troed cyhoeddus 47 Rhosllannerchrugog yn SJ 2657 4845 a pharhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd am oddeutu 220 metr i Iwybr troed cyhoeddus 17 Uwchben Esclus yn SJ 2656 4867.
Y rhan honno o Iwybr troed cyhoeddus 17 Uwchben Esclus, gan ddechrau o'r gyffordd 3 llwybr troed cyhoeddus 51 Penycae yn SJ 2656 4867 a pharhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain am oddeutu 765 metr i'r gyffordd a'r llwybr troed cyhoeddus 17A Uwchben Esclus yn SJ 2716 4910. Llwybr troed 39 Uwchben Esclus, gan ddechrau o'r ffordd sirol yn SJ 2739 4887 a pharhau i gyfeiriad y de- de orllewin am oddeutu 600 metr I'r gyffordd a llwybr troed cyhoeddus 13 Rhosllannerchrugog yn SJ 2716 4832. Llwybr troed cyhoeddus 13 Rhosllannerchrugog, gan ddechrau o'r gyffordd a llwybr troed cyhoeddus 39 Uwchben Esclus yn SJ 2716 4832 a pharhau I gyfeiriad y de am oddeutu 220 metr i'r gyffordd a'r ffordd sirol yn SJ 2716 4809.
Mae angen cau'r llwybrau er mwyn gwneud gwaith ar neu wrth ymyl y llwybrau troed.
Mae'r llwybr amgen yn dechrau o gyffordd llwybr troed cyhoeddus 17A Jwchben Esclus yn SJ 2716 4910 ac yn parhau I gyfeiriad y dwyrain am oddeutu 280 metr i'r gyffordd a'r ffordd sirol yn SJ 2740 4897. Mae'r llwybr wedyn yn parhau i gyfeiriad y de ar hyd y ffordd sirol am oddeutu 120 metr I SJ 2739 4887 ac yna'n parhau i gyfeiriad y dwyrain - de ddwyrain ar hyd y ffordd sirol am oddeutu 280 metr i SJ 2764 4876. Mae'r llwybr wedyn yn parhau I gyfeiriad y de ar hyd llwybr troed cyhoeddus 12 Uwchben Esclus am oddeutu 340 metr i SJ 2749 4646 ac yn parhau dros drac fferm {llwybr troed 12 Uwchben Esclus hefyd) am 310 metr arall at y ffordd sirol yn SJ 27614819. Mae'r llwybr wedyn yn parhau i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin ar hyd y ffordd sirol am oddeutu 420 metr i SJ 2723 4807.
Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 18 Mawrth 2022 a bydd yn parhau I fod mewn grym am gyfnod o chwe mis, neu gynt os bydd y gwaith wedi'i gwblhau, ond ni chaiff barhau am fwy na 6 mis.

Notice Of Making Of An Order Section 14 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Wrexham County Borough Council Frhosllannerchrugog Public Footpaths 13 And 47, And Penycae Public Footpath 51, And Esclusham Above
Public Footpaths 17 (Part) And 39) Temporary Prohibition Of Pedestrians Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Wrexham County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order which prohibits any person from proceeding along the following footpaths:
Rhosllannerchrugog public footpath 47 commencing from the county road at SJ 2670 4820 and continuing generally north-north west for approximately 300 metres to meet public footpath Penycae 51 at SJ 2657 4845. Penycae public footpath 51 commencing from its junction with Rhosllannerchrugog public footpath 47 at SJ 2657 4845 and continuing generally north for approximately 220 metres to its junction with Esclusham Above public footpath 17 at SJ 2656 4867.
That part of Esclusham Above public footpath 17 commencing from its junction with Penycae public footpath 51 at SJ 2656 4867 and continuing generally north east for approximately 765 metres to its junction of Esclusham Above public footpath 17A at SJ 2716 4910.
Esclusham Above public footpath 39 commencing from the county road at SJ 2739 4887 and continuing generally south-south west for approximately 600 metres to its junction with Rhosllanerchrugog public footpath 13 at SJ 2716 4832.
Rhosllanerchrugog public footpath 13 commencing from its junction with Esclusham Above footpath 39 at SJ 2716 4832 and continuing generally south for approximately 220 metres to its junction with the county road at SJ 2716 4809.
The reason for the closures is because works are being executed on or near to the footpaths.
The alternative route commences from the junction of Esclusham Above public footpath 17A at SJ 2716 4910 and continues generally east for approximately 280 metres to the junction with the county road at SJ 2740 4897. The route then continues generally south along the county road for approximately 120 metres to SJ 2739 4887 then continues east south-east along the county road for approximately 280 metres to SJ 2764 4876. The route then continues generally south along Esclusham Above public footpath 12 for approximately 340 metres to SJ 2749 4846 and continuing over a farm track (also Esclusham Above footpath 12) for a further 310 metres approximately to meet the county road at SJ 27614819. The route then continues generally south west along the county road for approximately 420 metres to SJ 2723 4807. The Order will come into force on 18 March 2022 and will continue in force for a period of 6 months, or until the earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum duration of 6 months.
