Notice of application for premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003

I, Francesca Keirle of Geshmak Bistro, 17 Charles Street, Newport NP20 1JU,hereby give notice that I am applying to Newport City Council for a Grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as detailed below: Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises with food between the hours of 10:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday.

The licensing register can be inspected at the address noted below between the hours of 9am and 4pm Mon to Fri. Anyone wishing to object or make representations must do so in writing by the 10th of April 2022. Licensing Services PO Box 883 Civic Centre Newport South Wales NP20 9LR It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
